  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to the Atelier

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
